its not poor, because its not a third world country nor communist.

its not moderate because it has no people starving of hunger (God bless their souls, i wish the world would change for the better).

its rich because its a common wealth living out of USA funds and also its one of the countires who have lots of pharmaceutical factories and arigultural farms that feeds the islands economy.

if puerto rico didnt have US funds and non lazy people, it would probably be a moderate country.
