  1. just got back from there!

Currently they are in rainy season, but we had only 1 day of full on rain. Thunderstorms are at night, which don't bother people that much. You get tropical sprinkles, but also sushine! (:

    bring lots of sunscreen!!!

  2. We just got home from PV about a week ago.  The forecast was for thunderstorms everyday we were there.  It only rained twice the entire time we were there.  One day it rained for a few hours in the afternoon and the other time it rained for a few hours in the morning.  Both days were beautiful and sunny the rest of the day.  You will see plenty of sun and have a great time.

  3. Yes you will be  fine I have been to PV many times. Do not worry just enjoy yourse

  4. The rain is only at night.

  6. hola!

This question is often asked this time of the year, and is always funny to me! (sometimes is about PV or Cancún or any other mexican beach)

Here, at México (I'm in Jalisco state, same to Puerto Vallarta) the rain season is summer; since we are in the tropical region of the world and rains depend on tropical storms (or hurricanes); the summer ends at 21 or 22 september, although the rain season can be untill mid october (depending where, the most southern is longer the rain season); therefore, the weather forecast in summer (from june to october) always shows some storms, BUT:

You will be fine and you will have sun, for sure; tropical weather is different, we have hot and sunny days and strong storms at night (mostly).

In my experience, september is a great month to go to PV 'cause the jungle is gorgeusly green (it has been raining since june or july!). From december to july the landscape is too dry (there are NO rains in that time here!)
