Hi, is there a way to call puerto rico from the Uunited states without costing a lot of money

Borrow someone's cell phone. PR is like calling any other state when it comes to cell phones.

Well, you can use Skype and use your internet access to call anywhere including PR for about 2 cents / minute.  However, most cellular calling plans include PR as well as most Telephone companies long distance plans.

It depends on your phone plan.  Some companies offer unlimited calling plans.  If you have a cell phone, those calls are not international, so you only use up your minutes.  If that is not feasible, purchase a phone card.

If your have long distance on your landline youll be able to call. If you have a cellphone youll be able to call all major carriers have PR included in they're calling plans. Not a international country kind of like hawaii far but there lol

it depends on your phone plans. here in Puerto Rico At&T for 4.99 monthly plus your regular plan permit you to make and recieve call from US for free ( only pay the 4.99 monthly.)
