Dear Friends,

my Grandparents lived in East Harlem, Manhattan between 1920 and 1938. They got married in Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal which used to be in harlem/Manhattan. Have you heard about this Catholic church? What can you tell me?

My Grandmother was from Corozal, PR Barrio Palmarito. Has anybody someone in his/her family who moved to NY in thos years? Could you kindly give me any information? The reason of my search is that I know only few things about my roots and I feel the need to know more. Grazie! Roland

  1. Isn't there some sort of a library or Archive library that could help you find this information. The libraries here in the UK are so rich in that sort of information I would go in search of this kind of research centre.

    I hope this helps.
