  1. Preparation H.  Yes, it works.

  2. go to bed early, drink some chamomile tea

  3. use ice or heat idk but that gotta stink man

  4. I don't know any ointments but you might be allergic to something animals, smoking, flowers.I wish i could help more

  5. Ah! I hate that I'm only 16 and my eyes are puffy every morning -.-

What's worked for me actually is preperation H, but i wouldnt really reccomend that becuase it smells horrible and is soo embaressing to go buy lol. Other things that've worked are the little round jars of Loreal eye cream they sell at like wal mart and Freddy's and I use Nutragena (spelling?) self tanner on my face and that tends to help. Good luck!

  6. you need a goodnight rest

  7. Get as much sleep as you can. Honestly, thats most likely the problem. And you can try putting two spoons in your freezer and putting them to the puffy part and hold them there until they aren't cold any more. Good luck.

  8. Clinique all bout eyes is very good but i've found clinique Moisture Surge Extra Refreshing Eye Gel to be even better. it feels cool and refreshing on your skin, its light and has no oil in it. put it on before bed and wake up with puff free!! also works well to help reduce puffy eyes after tears.

  9. Hi,

So I'm making this assumption, but i assume that u don't get as much sleep as you definately shoot, getting more sleep definately helps, also, take allergy medicine like claritin, might help clear things up, so get some sleep and try some allergy meds =]

  10. Bacitracin eye ointment maybe?

It's used for infections...and it sounds like you kinda have one.

But it can be also used to help sooth them i guess.

You could also use undereye drops.

    They reduce darkness.

    Idk, maybe aloe can help.

But that's more for closing up things.

  11. Try the garnier eye roller.. you can get it at drug stores. I love it. Here's some info on it.

  12. Did you know spending too much time on the computer can cause puffy eyes - you should seriously consider using the computer a lot less (that's what I have had to do). Have a break every half an hour and go and do something else for 15 minutes then come back. You probably should try to spend as little time on the computer as possible - try to limit yourself to maybe one and a half hours a day.

Also, do you sleep with the light on? You need to sleep in the dark for your body to repair itself properly. So make sure you sleep in the dark (I had really bad puffiness until someone told me that - I used to leave my light on all night).

Hemarroid cream is supposed to reduce puffiness - models use it. You will probably need to go to a doctor and get it onb prescription.

Cucumbers and cold spoons won't do much. You could also try chamomile tea bags - they are supposed to work - just dip them in cool water and place over your eyes for 15 minutes.

Finally, get more sleep and eat a healthy diet. I'd say if you try these things, the puffiness will definately go away.

  13. It sounds like a alergy to me, check your pillows if they are down change them, Or are we cleaning our face good enough before sleeping. Some times we have cats and they cause our eyes to puff....

  14. Put your fingers on the corners of your eyes, index at outer corner, middle finger by your nose.  Do the same on each eye and hold the fingers open as far as possible, and try to squint/close your eyes, while holding the outer corner out as far as possible.  It sounds weird but it works.  Do this in the a.m. in the shower a (minute or two) and it should be fine by the time you put make upon.  If they are real puffy a hot towel for a minute also works.

Have no idea why it works, but it does.

  15. You probably have bad allergies. I have really bad allergies and right now is a horrible time for them. I also used to find myself with very puffy eyes all of the time. But then I started taking allergy medicine. Like Claratin or Allegra should work fine. So try some allergy pills it should help!

  16. gettt foundation thats 2 shades lighter then your regular skin ((because the skin under your eyes is most of the time 2 shades darker)) i use a cream. and it works good for me
