Question:

Puffy eyes and dark circles ALL THE TIME?

I've always had dark circles under my eyes, even as a little kid. My eye lids are also always puffy, even when I get sleep, and I don't know why? Is this actually hereditary, or is there something I can do to minimize it?

  1. if you get your blood flowing in the morning it will help to cut down on the puffy eyes and dark circles. Try doing some jumping jacks in the morning.

  2. Most of it is genetic. I have them to. Just get lots of sleep, and try not be stressed to much. I also have heard that when you cry a lot under eye circles appear darker. Not sure if it's true tho. Also drink plenty of water. Getting a bit of color in your face as well as putting cold spoons under eyes may help. Get ShiSeido Benefiance Revitalizing Cream. I got mine from Macy's and just a tiny dab of it does wonders on dark circles.

vitamin E oil, olive oil, cucumbers, & a doctor can also help. I have pretty bad ones so this is all from experience.

    Hope this helps. :)

  3. There can many reasons responsible for dark circles. Lack of sleep, continuous illness, lack of water intake, build-up of toxins, excessive smoking, stress, alcohol and insufficient diet. Check out http://useinfo-darkcircles.blogspot.com/ for more info.

  4. it might be allergies. you should take the generic brand of zyrtec(im not sure if i spelled that right.) if not, try wet cucumbers in eyes for 5 min.

  5. Puffy, dark circled eyes are often related to diet and digestion problems. Get your doc to give you a check-up, and review the sorts of foods you eat.
