Puffy nipples.....how can i get rid of them? ?

I'm a 17 year old male, I have recently started to build up my chest muscles a bit but now every time I wear soft clothes my puffy nipples stick out for 0.5 cm and makes me very self-concious....any ideas on how i can get rid of them?

I agree with the undershirt. Sometimes we are self concious about things that no one else notices. Try not to focus on every little thing. We could all go crazy if we obsessed about everything that isn't perfect. If people notice just tell them it's because your buldging biceps are puching them out!

Why cover them up use girls like seeing puffy man nips.

BTW: 0.5 cm isn't very puffy ;-)
