Puffy nipples please help

please help....i have puffy nipples...im a male 15, and im pretty lean/muscular....but i have puffy nipples........when it is cold they turn normal, or if i go to the pool........i really hate this....wat can i do...it has something to do with puberty right???will they go away?

i feel embarassed to take off my shirt....:(

I dunno what causes this but some ppl's are just like that my bf has that too.

And i doubt it has anything to do with puberty seeing as he is 33.

Id say genetics also i hear people call them pepperoni nipples
