Pug 306 Clutch problems 98 (P) reg help please !?

OK so I'm finding that my gear changes can be pretty stiff sometimes not all the time in my car, and today when i stopped at the lights and my clutch was fully depressed in first gear i was still creeping forward ever so slightly (was on flat land the car was actually pulling i wasn't rolling). I read that Peugeot's have a self adjusting clutch cable which can play up sometimes. Do i need to replace the cable or will i need a new clutch ? Regards.

Try replacing the cable. It only costs a fraction as much as a new clutch.
