Pull-up Bar Dilemma! helP!?

I bought a pull up bar not knowing that my door frames were metal, so it was hard to drill into. Then i looked up other pull up bars that didn't require drilling and bought the P 90X Chin up Bar and it turns out that certain parts needs to be drilled into the wall so that the bar can be mounted on the door. BUT my walls are cement!! HELP! Are there any suggestions on what i can do with the pull up bars?! and my dilemma with drilling?? i do not want to spend any more money on any more bars!! the numbers add up!! thanks!

  1. I've had one for years that didn't require any drilling at all.  I don't know if its still available. I can't see any markings on it.  It would just fit in the door way, then you'd rotate it to s***w tight, sort of like a shower rod.

Such a thing has been available in the past, but I don't know where you'd find it now.

  2. First off, I bought that P90X Bar for you.

Second, All you need to do is buy special drill bits for Cement and Metal framing.

There are pullup bars out there that dont need to drill holes, but like you said, you dont wanna buy another pull up bar. And yes, the P90X pull up bar was NOT suppose to require holes, but it does.

    I love you. Bye.
