Question:

Pull ups on a bar? How to do - no upper arm strength????? :(?

I know how to do pull-ups/chin-ups, the problem is that i have absolutely NO upper arm strength! I don't have any strength to pull my entire body weight. So, is there any way i can train over the summer - such as push ups or weights? Or have one of those hand bars(like the ones at the playground) and practice??

  1. stop eating vanilla cake. walk a mile and do 100 push ups for starters.
