Pulled Muscle Yesterday at Poms............?

Ok, so it was are FIRST day our of 3 at tryouts yesterday for Poms. I was in the splits, and as i was getting out of them my hip popped out and pulled a muscle in my butt. then, we were doing calypso's and i landed on it, and i hurt like h**l! i stopped and told the coach and i had pulled something, and she said not to worry about it. I can't kick any higher than my waist, what should i do?!?!?!

  1. go to a phisiophreapest (wrong spelling) they will massege it and it willl repair. dont try to do anything on it. you could damage it for life.


  2. get a docter to look at it, heat it, and ice it, and if the doctor says it is fine, just srteatch it

  3. Thats serious, get that checked out, they can put it back in....You might even be fine before your next try out!
