I think i pulled a muscle on friday from playing 5 hours of tennis. Its in the lower arm like the top of my arm..... It hurts when i move my wrist back and i have tennis tryouts tomorrow and i dont want the muscle to influence which team i get put on. Any way to relieve the pain without having to not play tennis for weeks?

  1. Right you need to drink lots of milk (protein) eat some meet. Sit in a boiling bath (not literally) but hot enough to make your skin inflame so the blood is pushing bad cells out and carrying new ones. You need to do that and get over 10 hours sleep. Because this is when your body recovers most. Look at this way. The protein is the mending material. The bath carrys the protein to the distoyed tissue. When you sleep your body gets to work on it :)

  2. khgv

  3. try putting ice on it or if this doesnt help then it might be needing heat. Paracetamol or some other pain killer and rest, it will take a few days

  4. for strain and sprains, use this acronym

    ICE:

    Ice

    Compression

    Elevation

then after 48 hours of I.C.E, use Heat

  5. if you further strain it you could end up doing more damage

  6. try putting ice on it and take a couple of aspirins before you play good luck also try icy hot
