I used to be able to do 13 straight pull ups. About a month ago, I attempted to do many sets of as many pull ups as I could do, without having stretched first. My biceps were so sore for the next two weeks that I could not extend my elbows beyond 90 degrees. The pain eventually went away, but now I can only do 3 straight pull ups. Is this dramatic drop in performance because I had pulled my biceps?
