Pulled over for Speeding!??!?

Were driving down this road right, were speeding a lil maybe 3mile, but this cop comes from completely otherside. its a 2lane street not much gap in between(just a solid yellow lane). Ok. This cop comes from up the hill suddenly into view. Appearantly he read his speedometer?!

how can that be? if ur going completely opposite direction. he makes a u-turn and starts following us for 5min then stops us and tells us that we were going 71 in a 55mph ZONe! Now we gotta go to court! Is that legal?!!!

Legal? Probably. Your description of what happened is a bit unclear, but of what you told us the only thing not legal was your speed.

What you don't know is that most police radars, much like the one in my car , I can clock you from behind me coming towards me, opposite or same lane....

As for the fact you got a ticket and you have to go to court, lol, yes its legal.... thats kinda how it works ..
