Ok, so i live in a beutiful suburbon area in north carolina where i rent a 1 stroy i bedroom house in an appartment community of these houses, and my house is right next to the clubhouse. the only scar to the community is the fact that anyone is the greater area, not just the renters, can meet in the clubhouse, and the kkk holds meetings there tuesdays and thursdays from 5 to 7 pm. my question is, what if during one of there meetings in the winter, when it is completly dark by 6 and they need lights, i went around to the power shed to the back of the clubhouse, picked the lock and pulled down the power switch? then they would just be sitting around talking about watever and the power just shuts off. then by the time they come out and figure out that the power switch has been pulled, im back in my house. then they turn it back on, go back inside, then i do it again 20 minutes later. What do u think they'd be thinking and if they found out who was doing it what do u think theyd do?

  1. Even though the KKK are a bunch of sad pigs, you would be breaking the law. Everyone has the freedom of speech regardless if you agree with what they're saying.

  2. Tell them PaLin Hates KKK

  3. The fact that you'd have to pick the lock would constitute a violation, probably a misdemeanor if you got caught by the law.  Probably not even that much of a misdemeanor.  Worse, if they did find out it was you, such a group doesn't seem fazed by engaging in some illegal hostile physical activity against you.  Not sure if it's worth gettin beat up for.  Especially if they have sheets and you can't identify any of them.  Or worse, rocks through your windows at nights, or sugar in your car's gas tank, etc.  Kinda works both ways.

A better way to handle it would be to find out what's needed to rescind their usage of the clubhouse.  Even if it's a city building, why would they make it available for anyone outside of the city's residency?
