Pulsing in stomach?????

I just had a baby 3 weeks ago and the past 2 days ive been having a hard pulsing in my stomach that is really random that almost feels like a baby kicking but i know there is nothing in there.... lol. its at the top of my stomach. What could it be?

It usually takes about 6 wks for your uterus to shrink back to normal, and that's probably what you're feeling.  Plus think of all the muscles and things that have to shift back into place.  It's a wonder we don't feel all kinds of weird things during that time!  But don't worry, it's normal :)

maybe its your uterus going back down to normal size- and everything else trying to get back in place
