Pump & Dump Timeline for Breastmilk...?

If I had 2 beers last night, how many times/how long should I pump & dump to clear the alcohol before nursing my son again?

YOU DO NOT NEED TO PUMP AND DUMP.. Your milk is fine, go ahead and breastfeed your baby.

Alcohol leaves your breast milk as it leaves you blood. There's no need to "pump and dump" unless you got real drunk and needed to keep supply up. Wait around 2 hours before nursing again.

There is no need to pump and dump generally. If you were fine to drive and function properly, you should be fine. If it had been more than 2 beers I'd say pump and dump once and you'd be fine, but if you were sober then you should be fine.

Generally you wait 2 hours for 1 drink before nursing and 4 hours for 2 drinks. (I believe so anyway.)
