Question:

Pump pressure won't go above 2.5psi.

My heater turns on and tries to run but it only runs for a few seconds and turns off. I replaced the rotor, filters, and end covers. I checked the pump pressure and have tried to adjust it many times but it will not go above 2.5psi. It is supposed to be set at 5.6psi. Any suggestions?
