Pumped and ready for football.....in two years?

im 14 right now 5'4 121 lbs and planning to play football when im a junior in highschool (16) but im kinda snall right now so im going to do some weight training...but will doing so stunt my growth? im planning on doing some dumbell bench press, dumbell curls, calf raises, triceps, lots of pushups and crunches...and thats it..

  3. That sounds like a good exercise program, and no it won't  stunt your growth  You should include  running and foot maneuvers too . Can you watch the high school team do their workouts ? This will give you an idea as to what else you should be practicing .  Good Luck !  Dedication and hard work will get you on the team ! !
