Pumping up?

what do u do to pump up bfore a game?

Practice a little bit. I know that when I get my blood pumping I get excited about the game. Maybe shout it out with your teammates.

my team tends to pump up really well....we all get 2gether in the locker room as soon as school is out, then we read a motivational essay or something, or sometimes even a Bible verse....then we all go to eat together and act really goofy....we then come back to the school and have a time when our coaches talk to us, and then we talk 2 eachother bout the game.. we sometimes pass out in the hall and goof off or something..then about 20 minutes before stretching time, we dance & play lil sally walker...its loads of fun...then we do cheers all through-out warm ups and the game!!

get on the ground in a circle and slap ur hands on the ground while u yell

just listen to music and then do a team cheer or chant. also you could ask your coach to give a speech to the team before the game begins!!!!

One time at a tournament we played "Little Sally Walker", little hand-slap games, and the hokey-pokey. And on the way there the only CD we had for the bus was a VeggieTales one, so we sang all the songs!
