  1. Assuming you stand orthodox, the straight right is the finisher.

Your classic weapon is the 1-2 combination.  A jab to rotate the head slightly, followed by a straight right to the jaw-line to knockout.

The power comes all the way up from the floor, drive with your back foot, rotate in your waist, throw with your back, power with your triceps, rotate your fist at contact.  Practice it until it is such a habit you don't have to think.

  2. well 2 me what punch i used to daze people is a superman punch which putting your knee in front of you (while in the air)

push knee. so your knee give body momentum n your body gives your punch momentum. you can look at it on youtube

just work your tricep, back, shoulder, calf

  3. i dont watch boxing

    but...

    always use TRIceps not BIceps

always pull ur punches, or never, depending on ur agression lvl

and just **** up ur oppo mate

  4. triceps

  5. a str8 right (left ) what ever u are is the strongest punch remember to always turn your shoulder keep the elbow straight keep your distance from your target so you dont take the power away.

turn your leg and hips dont try to just punch it i was tough to imagine you want to go trough the person body not just hit it

your back foot stays on your toes that way u turn ur leg, hip, shoulder at the same time

try to make it a fast strong snappy puch works well for k.o's

  6. If you keep your elbow bent and pull your arm behind your head with your fist pointed upward/toward the target and shoot at their face. You can also increase that muscle by repeatedly doing like a curl but behind your head.
