Punchbag Help?

Question

Hi there, My room is quite small.

I also want to get a punchbag.

But, I have like, 1msquared of space in my room

And I cant hang something on my cieling, as I have the light directly on top, and theres no place forthe punchbag to swing.

Are there any alternatives, and if so, what?

Hey bro, I rent out a room and have little room so I know what you mean. I sold my hanging bag and bought myself a stand up bag. They are hollow on the bottom and you fill it up with sand or water. They don't really swing to much except for the rock back on a puch, which is not much. Worked for me, it'll work for you too.

well one way is to find a new place. mine is in my garage. even before the garage i had it in my basement. another alternative is to get a stand for it, which is usually expensive. go to www.everlast.com go to the shop, and then i guess you can find the heavy bags and heavy bag stands on your own. REMEMBER LOOK FOR HEAVY BAG STANDS
