Punching Bag HELP can I fit a heavy bag wher i want to.

I want to put a heavy bag in my wieght room and i have about 4 feet across and 7 feet up and down i want to use it for improvining my combinations and my strength i really dont need to circle it and i dont i know how to punch so i know what im doing........... do you think i have enough room for it and if i do should i get a short heavy bag or a long one.

Get a long one.  They are much better to train with than a short heavy bag.  If you don't want to circle the bag,  you can put it in a corner to save space.  just leave enough room for the bag to swing without hitting the wall.
