Punching bag?

Question

Well i live in a high rise apartment renting, and i want to somehow put in a boxing bag to punch all day. i can't nail things to the ceiling so how can i do it?

You can also buy a heavybag stand.  You can find them at many sporting good stores but for a quality one, you might want to go to www.ringside.com or www.titleboxing.com.  They have a variety of stands, some even with a another attachment for a speedbag (but I don't think others in your apartment would appreciate that).

i don't believe you can, unless you get one of those punching bags that you set up on the ground. Well, i'm no expert on this at all, so i hope someone else get help you out more on this topic.
