Punching flies good for accuracy/reaction time?

Question

A couple days ago I hit a fly with a perfect Chuck Liddell spinning back fist. It didn't come back.

So I got the idea of just trying to hit flies with my jabs and hooks and whatnot. I guess after a while you'd have some pretty pinpoint attacks huh

Ali done that in the 60's but I'd suggest learning to juggle as it will not only improve your reactions but also your peripheral vision.

try using a speed bag to increase your hand speed and reaction time.  Training with a speed bag also increases your reaction time.  Punching at flies just seems stupid and a bit reminicent of the karate kid..

The speed bag(the smallest size should work for you,take more skill to hit) and the double end bag.Speed is good,but has little power,work on power not just quickness.
