Punishment for a new driver driving with more than one person in th car?

yes i have my licesence have had it for a few months, i live in NC where it is illegal for the first 6 months to drive with more than one non fam memeber without a lisence i just want to know what my punishment would be if i drove with like 2 or 3 non fam members with no license...

do you have a liscense?    if so, in most states, you can drive with as many people as your car is rated to hold. or as many seatbelts are in the car.  Same as a learners permit.  as long as you have a 25 year old liscnesed driver in the car with you.

Edit: The most trouble you will get in is a small ticket.  And i would bet that if you do get pulled over, the cop isnt going to make a big deal out of it as long as you COOPERATE!  Most cops love cooperation from someone they pull over and usually will lower the fine or stick with a verbal or written warning. so if u get pulled over, cooperate with him and be polite. do everything he tells you.
