Punta Cana trip...?

Question

I have a trip to Punta Cana booked for next Saturday (31st) until June 7. I looked up the weather and it calls for thunderstorms days before I arrive, and "showers" and "scattered showers" for the first few days I will be there.

Has this happened to anyone before, and did it actually rain the whole time??

Generally the rains are for 15 to 20 minutes max and then sun again! So, nothing to spoil this short vacation.

Hi, I was just in Punta Cana in March.  It rained most days for a few seconds--okay maybe about ten minutes.  We didn't even bother to leave the beach.  There was still tons of sun and lots to do.  They have gorgeous beaches!  It was a great trip!  Have fun!

It rains off and on...if your running into bad weather theres not much you can do about it.

The weathers the same in Blackpool at the mo. and yes, it rained on me once. had to buy a mac.
