living in puntas las marias ..how are the beachs? hows the area?

I actually a great area, with a great views of the beach to the east and west. great place to take pictures. is a touristy/ very nice area with beachfront homes.

It is a nice area. It is close to Isla Verde(tourist area) & Ocean Park(nice residential area). It has a nice beach too. You will like it, but it is probably kind of expensive to live around there.
