  1. It really depends on what type of dog your talking about.

  2. wait till s/he is 6 months old.

If you ask any kind of vet or expert they will tell you that a dog is half way grown at 6 months of age. the do will be double that when full grown

  3. Depends on the breed. Small breeds at 4 months can be close to their adult weight/height but a much bigger breed will take up to a year.

  4. Very hard to tell. I have a seventy pound 9 month old puppy that is just getting bigger.

  5. A way to tell how much more the puppy will grow, look at her paws. Usually there paws grow faster so the puppy will grow into them, it will give you a general idea.

  6. your guess is as good as mine!! its still a pup at 4 months old, some breeds do not fully mature until 2 years old!

and if it is a cross or unknown you can only guess really!

  7. My Boxer pup weighed about that (30lbs.) & he grew to be a 70 lb. dog.  If he has big paws expect him to be at least double of the weight he is now.
