Puppy potty training help!!?

Question

I have a 4 month old pomeranian. he uses wee wee pads to pee but he always poops on the floor.i was thinking about getting a litter box for him to use. Do you think it will work and is it too late to train him to go on the litter box instead?please help!

how about taking him for more walks or at least letting him outside more frequently to do his business. Both my girls were housebroken by 4 months.

. THE BEST WAY TO POTTY TRAIN YOUR PUPPY IS TO GET YOU A PET TAXI. PUT THE PUPPY IN THE TAXI AT NIGHT. ONLY LET IT OUT WHEN IT HAS TO USE THE BATHROOM. MAY TAKE A COUPLE OF WEEKS BUT REALLY WORKS. I HAVE A JACK RUSSEL WHO IS BLIND I FOUND HIM ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND HE USED A PAD. BUT NOW HE WILL GO OUTSIDE TO DO HIS BUSINESS. I HAVE THREE OTHER DOGS AND IT WORKED ON THEM ALSO.
