Pupusas. I had some the last time I was in Campeche at this little rest. that was the front part to this family's house and they were to die for.  Hmmmm I think I know what we are having for dinner tonight! Thanks for the reminder.

OMg Pupusas of course, you can't compare a pupusa with a gordita, way to different.

i just love gorditas, you have more fun withem if you make em correctly ,and look at the variety of fillings ,where the popusas have much dry and need to be fully garnished after .
