Purchase Order

Question

I am working in furniture company as Order Clerk. I make Purchase Orders every day. I work in Warehouse and owner of company asked me to check delivery too. When items come to warehouse, he likes that I click on PO and check items that arrive in warehouse He likes to get report which show how many items left to be deliver. Is that possible to be done?
