I purchased an item and in the discription she stated "100% money back guarentee" at first she would email back saying she would refund me and credit my account but within the past week no reply to any of my emails. Its been almost a month and I still haven't recieved my money back, and now I don't even have the item either! I filed a claim with paypal, what else can I do? I was told to call my credit card, but not exactly sure how to do that& what would I say to the credit card company so they would reimburse me?
