  1. There is no return on car purchases. The Lemon Law only covers news cars that have defects. Once you sign and drive off its yours. No cooling off period that's for door to door sales only. If you were paying to much you shouldn't of signed the contract. Only choice you have now is to just keep and pay for it or trade your now used car in for something else. Enjoy your new car........................................

  2. You can't return it. If you overpaid for it, is that your fault or the dealer's? It's your fault.

There's no law that gives you the right to return a car and cancel the deal.

  3. I  put in  michigan used  car  laws  and  several  sites  came up  try it.    *mamatx

  4. 3 days

  5. there is something called the lemon law. if anything goes wrong with your within 30 days, who ever you bought it from has to either pay to have the car fixed or give you your money back. at this point, the car is considered a lemon or sour car.

  6. Absolute Technology, Maybe you need a new car. :) I found a huge list of Michigan car dealers. I think someone in your city can help assist you. http://www.localnewcar.com/Michigan-New-... Just phone one of them or drop by one day when you have some free time. Some dealers can even setup a test drive.
