Purchasing with paypal?

If I was to make a Paypal account and link it to a bank account, when i purchase something, will there be any fees for like transfering or anything?

It depends on your bank, but usually no.  The bank views the purchase made with Paypal as an electronic funds transfer, which is usually free.  For instance, I bought something off of Ebay.  I used Paypal to pay for it, which drew the money out of my bank account.  I was not charged a fee for it.
