okay is purity rings like just if your a virgins or can you like for people that are not virgins and just want to make that comment to them self to not have s*x again until there married ???

Well there are born again Virgins. Who cease having s*x again until they are married. One could certainly do that and if they wanted to wear a ring or something to remind themselves of the promise they made to themselves thats great.

They are for anyone that wants to make their christian parents believe that aren't sexually active.  They really don't mean anything and its just to make the parents feel like good christian parents.   Some parents actually think they have magical powers that will make teenagers wait until they're married.

Purity rings are very stupid. Its for virgins who will not have s*x until they get married. No you can't have it if you already have had s*x. Its a stupid christian thing.

Why on earth would you want to marry someone, commit to someone for the rest of your life, without first knowing you are compatible in all ways? That makes no sense to me at all. Have you any idea how many people define s*x as the largest problem in their marriage? I believe it is second only to money!

Learn about STI's, contraceptives and take care of your sexual health but don't conform to another person's standards. If you want to do it then DO IT, just be safe and smart about it.

If you don't want to be sexually active then don't be. No ring, pledge, promise or group is going to do it for you. Personal resolve comes from within.

you don't need a ring to be pure you just need a promise between you and god and yes it can be for some one who is not a virgin
