Purple eyes with contacts?

I have extremely dark brown eyes to where they are almost black and i wanted to try something a little different, i was wondering if there was a colored contacts that would mxi to make a purple or dark purple?

just get purple contacts.

I have the exact same problem with colored contacts. my eye color is so dark brown that i cant find any colored contacts that don't make me look like an alien!  I would ask your eye doctor for some advice and to look at some samples. good luck
