Purple skinny jeans or a vest?

i'm looking to start the new school year slightly more stylish. I have a very small budget so i'm down to getting either a pair of purple skinny jeans or a vest. both of which are totally "in" now. which one do you think i should buy? i'd really appreciate advice from teens who know fashion. thanks.

but if i had to choose. id go for the skinny jeans. they say more.

Anyways i think you should get a vest those are RELLY cute. well where im at anyways make sure it fits you right and its not just on you. if the vests dont turn out. Puple skinny jeans arent in where im at..... anways skinny jeans are in tho just not solid purple. But if you get the jeans get flats to go with them....ur welcom. have fun!
