Put Music on LG Keybo?

I have an LG Keybo cell from telus, on prepaid. I was wondering, how do you go about putting music on the phone? I have a mini usb cable that came with the phone, but when I hook it up to my PC, windows says it cannot find software. However, when I go to (on the phone) Tools > USB Mass Storage, it says connect phone to PC using USB cable, then it says "No Card Inserted". Does this mean I have to get a micro SD card, or will it still not work without proper software?

I would very much appreciate any help/tips on how to get music onto my LG Keybo.

See there may be the many reason for this:

1) Check the connections properly.

2) See if your USB cable is faulty or not

3) Check the correct software required from the official web site of LG and download it.

4) Switch off the mobile and take out the battery and the SD card and again put it and switch on the phone and check it as some time the card is not inserted properly.
