    Floyd Mayweather

    Shane Mosley

    Oscar De La Hoya

    Andre Berto

    Zab Judah

Although i think theres a few welter weights before shane mosley

  2. Floyd Mayweather

    Miguel Cotto

    Shane Mosley

    Oscar De La Hoya

    Zab Judah

    Andre Berto

  3. floyd mayweather jr.

    miguel cotto

    winky wright

    shane mosley

    oscar de la hoya

    andre berto

    zab judah

  4. Miguel Cotto

    Floyd Mayweather

    Oscar De La Hoya

    Shane Mosley

    Andre Berto

    Zab Judah

i left Winky Wright off the list because he's not a welterweight.

  5. #1 Cotto #2Mayweather #3Wright #3De La Hoya #4Zab Judah #5 Mosley #6Berto

  6. Floyd

    Cotto

    Mosley

Winky isnt a welterwieght, but if he was he'd go here

    Judah

    ODLH

    Berto

  7. Out of those fighters, I'd rank them like this:

    1.  Floyd Mayweather, Jr.

    2.  Miguel Cotto

    3.  Shane Mosley

    4.  Oscar De La Hoya

    5.  Zab Judah

    6.  Andre Berto

Winky Wright has not fought at welterweight in a very long time, so I left him off the list; his last fight was fought at 170 pounds.  Berto is a good fighter, and I think in the near future, he'll be higher, but he is still up and coming which is why I had him last.  De La Hoya has also not technically fought as a welterweight in years because his last fight was at 150 pounds and prior to that, he had been fighting as a junior middleweight.  I included him because he will be fighting at welterweight in his next fight and I believe that he can still perform at that weight (although I don't think that he'll beat Floyd in the rematch). There also a few fighters that should be on this list that are not, such as; Antonio Margarito, Carlos Quintana, Paul Williams, and Joshua Clottey.

  8. 1. Cotto

    2.Mosley

    3. Mayweather

    4. Oscar DeLa Hoya

    5. Zab Judah

    6. Andre Berto

    7. Winky Wright

Cotto beat Mosley, Both could beat Mayweather,DeLaHoya loses to the top 3 but beats Judah, Juda has too much expereince for Berto, and the only thing Winky Wright ever did at Welterweight was lose a close decision to Fernando Vargas.

  9. miguel cotto

    floyd mayweather jr.

    oscar de la hoya

    winky wright

    shane mosley

    zab judah

    andre berto

    who is andre berto?

  10. winky was a junior middle so we'll leave him out

    floyd

    miguel

    shane

    oscar

    zab

    andre

  11. If we are including junior and super welters(Winky) then I would go

    Cotto-beat shane and judah

mayweather-if he fought more actual welterweights would be higher

    wright-super welt/junior mid great defense

    mosley-HOF

oscar-lost to floyd and shane and tito

    judah-big let down

    berto-great future

  12. No.1 maywether, until proved otherwise

No. 2 cotto, but could loose to De la hoya

    No.3 mosley

    No.4 De la hoya

    No.5 zab judah

No.6 andre berto, needs better oponents but is the future.

I think winky is a jr. Middleweight

  13. where is kostya tszyu, the best light welterweight ever in my opinion, till he went past his use by date, he was world champ for years.(ok, he was light welter, so i should shut up now, beat zab in 2 at theat weight though)

the only one to beat him hatton and vince phillips, he beat  roger mayweather, sharmba mitchell, julio ceasr chavz  and knocked out zab judah in the 2 nd round, he unified the title., i'll p1$$ off now, should of read the question better, cheers.
