What do you think of the area?

Full of Chelsea tractors and their owners, terrible place.

Lots of Australians, Kiwis and Springboks there too-don't know why.

awesome, great bars, great pubs.... can be a little poncy

Better than average...Good shopping, close to the river and also Wimbledon Common, , good public transport connections, but very expensive housing, really bad traffic congestion all the time... and the population can be a little up themselves.

Very upmarket and a desirable location, some say it's an extension of Fulham/Chelsea etc, but personally i think it's an extension of Richmond/Ham/Mortlake, but anywhere near old father Thames does it for me, some also say that it's residents are slightly snobbish, i have never found this, if people consider young successful professional people s****., then they have a problem, given the choice of chav culture or the aforementioned,  then there's no contest in my opinion.

Overall it's a great and vibrant area seven days a week.
