Putting a movie from computer to my digital camera?

Question

so iv got my camera hooked up to my computer..and a movie in a file..and iv saved the movie to "external". So now how do i get it to my camera?

Iv got Adobe Photoshop and iv also got the movie there in the "catalog"

Someone please help me!

The ONLY way I know this works is if the camcorder is miniDV tape based and your editor will export the video project out to the camcorder connected with firewire.

This does not work using USB or with Flash Memory, Hard drive, DVD or analog based camcorders.
