Putting a pc game on a ds?

Question

first i know that the game must have pretty low grafics so I am planning on putting on red alert 2 and yuris revenge second I know you need like a r4 thing or somthing with the micro memory card thing I've heard of people putting NES and SNES games and even roomers of N64 games but I have not found any thing that would allow me to put a computer game on it so if there is or if someone could make one it really would be appreciated because I am planning on getting the r4 and would love to play yuris revenge on my ds this would be asome because I get bored of ds games some time so please once again help me

sorry but u cant play pc games on r4, u can only play ds, nes, nes, and a very few n64 games on r4
