.. Putting an end to Affirmative Action....?

okay, so we know that there is no longer a need for the affirmative action plan... what we need now is total equal opportunity and we need to stop looking at everything through ethnicities... what are the legal procedures that need to be taken in order to stop this reverse racism? (starting at the county level)

  1. 1) You wouldn't start at the county level.  You would need to win thousands of county level legislative victories to achieve your goal.  You would file in Federal court to get it overturned so that it amends the "law of the land" and changes the law throughout the U.S. That being said, AA is accepted as both the result of valid legislation and public policy and it therefore has 0 chance of being overturned.

    2) If America is totally beyond racial discrimination why would it matter if Affirmative Action existed or not?  Without racial discrimination, all races/genders would reasonably be expected to be equally represented in their chosen fields.  AA wouldn't change anything.
