  1. It doesn't really matter if you do or not. There's no "supposed to". It's preferance.

I personally put mascara on my lower lashes because I like the look but if you don't like it then you don't have it.

Makeup has no rules! It's all preferance. Have some fun with it!

  2. Seriously, do what you want.  Do what you think looks best.  There are no rules for what you should or shouldn't do.  If you don't like the way you look with your mascara on the bottom, don't wear it on bottom.  Everyone is different and everyone looks different with mascara.  If you think you look bad with mascara on your bottom lashes, don't wear it there.  Otherwise, it just looks fake and awful.  If I wear mascara on my bottom lashes it makes it look like I'm trying too hard to get people to notice my long lashes, and that is never good.  Don't look for 'laws of beauty' just do what you think looks best.

  3. then don't.

There is no must in it.

  4. my friend does it and it looks sooooooooo hawt but when i do it i look freaky =/

  5. so whats the question

  6. i don't think it's weird, i think i look weird with mascara on only my top lashes. i'm blonde and my lashes are fair, also my bottom lashes are almost as long and thick as my top, if i don't put mascara on both the difference is really obvious, it just looks ridiculous. when i have mascara on top and bottom lashes my eyes look really pretty because my long, thick bottom lashes really frame my eyes. but it's probably different for people with different types of lashes. maybe we can just agree to disagree?

  7. I've heard you're not supposed to, and I've also heard that you ARE supposed to. Who knows. I have long lashes and don't like the way I look when I wear it on the bottom. (Looks like spider legs or something...)

  8. It all depends. I've heard you should, and I've also heard you shouldn't. But when it all comes down to it, its what suits the person. It may suit some, some it may not. It's like eyeliner, some people suit eyeliner when its on the rims of the eyes, others on the waterline, others none at all. It's all about finding what looks good on you, and if does great, if if doesn't, that's fine.

  9. I have always put mascara on my top and bottom lashes and I like how it looks but I have been told (by a friend) that you not supposed to and I don't know why, I didn't even bother to ask. But it's my eyes and I prefer having it on the bottom to, so that's what I do! If you think it looks "weird", then don't do it!

  10. I put the littlest amount possible on the outer corner and then kind of smear it a little. People say I already have "feline" eyes. Or I just don't do it at all. If you put a lot of mascara on your bottom lashes, you're likely to wind up with racoon eyes.

  11. yes, it looks weird.. for me i don't put it on the bottom lashes and i'm happy with my look

if u don't like it then don't put it.. it's your choice ;)

but if u like putting it then i recommend u using a transparent mascara

  12. It all depends. Personally, I think it is more suited for those with big eyes. It doesn't look so weird when you have black eyeliner on the bottom, so try it! :)

  13. it may look weird at first, it did to me too, but it brings out your eyes a lot more, and because you put it on your top lashes, it makes them the same thickness

  14. I literally just touch my bottom lashes with the mascara brush, that way you get the smallest amount possible on them. Maybe using a little eyeliner with the mascara will stop it looking so weird.

However, if you don't feel comfortable with it, don't do it. Simple as.
