Putting more energy into drama performance? Help for GCSE?

Question

How can I "put more energy" into my performance in Drama? I have my GCSE performance tomorrow!!! I'm Matron in "be my baby", she's middle aged, quite strict and powerful... thx xx

I usually just make myself think the way she thinks and act exactly like she would act 4 hours or so before the performance so I get used to the way the character is taking over me and when I'm on stage, it feels and (most importantly) looks natural.
