Question:

Putting music on a picture slideshow?

Lately I've been doing slideshows of pics on Windows Movie Maker and I was using some music that I put on my computer with a CD. I have some songs from iTunes that I purchased but everytime I try to put them in it says something like "this file is not supported by windows movie maker". Is it possible to use those songs that I purchased? I have some songs that go well with some pictures and the other ones that I can use don't really go well with it (like with my cousin's first communion pic, I had to use the song Breaking the habit by linkin park, since the other's don't really work now). How can I make windows movie maker support those files? thanks!

  1. Download soundslides (it's around 30$) it's what professionals use and it's super easy to learn. High quailty stuff really....I promise i'm not a spokesperson.

  2. Songs you buy on Itunes save as an mp4 and movie maker is looking for an mp3 the easiest way I've found to make it work is to burn the song you want to a disc from Itunes then copy the CD back onto your computer as an mp3. There might be an easier way but it's the only way I know how to do it.
