Putting photographs onto the photos page of Yahoo group?

Question

when I try to transfer scanned photographs that are saved in documents folder into the Yahoo Group photo page I get the message "Unsupported Image Type".

Other members have put photos and I have done so in the past but I am now having problems.

all I can offer is it has to be a JPEG file, and at times this area of yahoo doesn't funtion well.

You can only upload photos in JPEG (.jpg) format.
