Pwnage tool 2.0.1 on a mac

Question

So i already pwned my ipod with the 2.0 firmware using pwnage tool 2.0.1. Now my brother wants me to do it to his. So i try to load the custom firmware and itunes gives me some error 6 thing. So i try to make a new custom ispw, but the pwnage tool keeps failing. When i open the log it fails right as it tries to create the 500 mb partition. ANY HELP!!!!
